Learn how to refashion and repurpose textiles in this free workshop for teens led by MAD Artist-in-Residence Jennie Maydew. Teens should bring a garment they are interested in altering, whether for fit, style, embellishment, or function. We welcome a challenge!

On select Friday afternoons, the Museum’s Artslab teen workshops connect New York City students with a MAD Artist-in-Residence for hands-on art-making. Each workshop is custom designed by the Museum’s Artslife teen interns. The workshops are free, but preregistration is required.
