GETTING TO MAD
MAD is located on NYC’s Columbus Circle. The closest subways lines are the A, B, C, D, N, R, Q, and 1. If arriving at Penn Station or Grand Central Station, it is a short subway ride to the Museum.
Parking is expensive and the Museum does not offer garaged or discounted parking. We encourage our visitors to use public transportation.
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled timed entry.
You do not need to print out your ticket. Our visitor engagement team will scan the QR code included in the ticket confirmation email.
AT MAD
The Museum is fully accessible. The Museum lobby is on the ground level with direct access to the street via one automated door.
Prior to admittance to the exhibition, one of our visitor engagement team members will scan your tickets and place a wristband on each ticket holder’s wrist. With the wristband in place, you are free to move about the Museum.
Large bags, knapsacks, and strollers are not allowed in the exhibition. Our coat check is available on the Theater level of the Museum accessible via the stairs or elevator.
Taylor Swift: Storyteller is located on Floor 2 of the Museum and is best accessed via our grand staircase. For those in need, there is also an elevator to the exhibition.
To enjoy the Museum’s spectacular views of Central Park, consider booking a table at our world-class Robert restaurant, located on Floor 9.
Be sure to stop by The Store at MAD, where there will be an exciting selection of Taylor Swift merchandise and products inspired by her songs.
