On the first Sunday of the month, join one of MAD's Artist Educators to explore the possibilities of recycling and upcycling, inspired by artists from São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in the exhibition New Territories, followed by a hands on workshop inspired by the objects in the exhibition. At MAD, our goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and enthusiastic about the opportunity to learn through his or her hands. We work to deliver a sensory-rich intergenerational experience for families to enjoy the museum together. This program is suitable for children ages 6 and up.
Please review our health and safety protocols before you arrive. MAD strongly recommends all visitors six months and older are vaccinated against Covid-19 and visitors ages two and up wear face coverings, even if vaccinated. Thank you for your cooperation.
